ABOUT ME
As recounted by my parents, even as a baby, I showed little interest in cartoons, instead preferring documentaries and news programmes. That early curiosity has remained steadfast over the past 27 years, shaping my passion for understanding the world and sharing its stories.
I have explored diverse avenues of storytelling through freelance projects across different media platforms. My features have been picked up by The Straits Times, while my work in current affairs has included producing episodes for CNA’s Talking Point. In 2019, a short film I produced won the Singapore Kindness Movement’s “Feels Like Kampung Spirit” short-film competition.
I also directed an investigative thesis documentary, Hourglass, which went on to screen at Academy Award-qualifying film festivals, as well as Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia and DOC NYC.
Football has also been a significant part of my journey, from capturing pivotal moments and energising crowds to leading the Lion City Sailors FC social media team.
